We currently work with community-based practices in eight states: Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Iowa, Illinois, and Arizona, comprising 330+ physicians and 150+ advanced practice providers who collectively serve more than 750,000 unique patients each year.

Medical Leadership Board

The Medical Leadership Board and sub-committees set the national priorities and guide the overall strategic direction of CVAUSA, including new practice investments. Each pillar group appoints two physicians to ensure that the clinical perspective is represented in decisions.

Business Leadership Board

The Business Leadership Board facilitates collaboration and the sharing of best practices among all CVAUSA practice administrators.

The CVAUSA Board of Directors focuses on providing administrative support for each practice and sourcing new investment opportunities.
