Citrus Cardiology Consultants, a partner practice of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), is looking to add a patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to our  cardiology clinics and local hospitals in Lecanto and Inverness. Our team is built on collaboration, clinical excellence, and strong working relationships between physicians and APPs.

This role is  clinic and hospital based role with a consistent weekday schedule and occassional weekends. It’s a great fit for APPs seeking long-term growth in general cardiology within a supportive, established practice. New graduates with a strong interest in cardiology are welcome to apply.
 

Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient and inpatient cardiovascular care including evaluations and follow-ups

  • Manage chronic cardiac conditions and medication regimens

  • Review diagnostic testing and coordinate treatment plans

  • Work closely with physicians, APP colleagues, and clinic staff

  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation and patient-focused care standards
     

Qualifications

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP or PA-C)

  • Active Florida license or ability to obtain prior to start

  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
