Cardiology APP (NP/PA) | Outpatient Focus | Central Florida

A large, well-established cardiovascular group in Central Florida is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its collaborative, physician-led team. This full-time opportunity emphasizes outpatient cardiology, including follow-up visits, chronic disease management, and continuity of care, with some hospital involvement as needed.

Job Highlights

• Full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule
• Outpatient-focused role supporting the evaluation and management of patients with cardiovascular conditions
• Provide follow-up care, manage medications, review diagnostic results, and educate patients
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs to coordinate treatment plans and ongoing care
• Some inpatient responsibilities, including hospital rounding and consults, as needed
• Join a large cardiology group with 15+ physicians and 15+ APPs across multiple locations
• Work alongside specialists in general cardiology, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and vascular care
• Access to advanced cardiac diagnostics, imaging, and procedural services
• Main clinic located in Tavares, Florida

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Florida license or ability to obtain
• Cardiology experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and communication abilities
• Team-oriented approach and commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
