Orlando, FL, UNITED STATES, March 4, 2026 -- Humana recently announced an expansion of its value-based Cardiology collaboration with Novocardia Care Solutions, a division of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA). The expansion builds on ongoing work to develop and operationalize value-based cardiovascular care models designed to improve patient outcomes, strengthen care coordination, and enhance the overall care experience.
Through Novocardia Care Solutions, CVAUSA has worked alongside Humana for several years to support Cardiologists and care teams in implementing care models designed to proactively manage cardiovascular disease.
