Position Overview
Village Heart & Vein Center is seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving The Villages, Leesburg, and surrounding Central Florida communities. This is a dedicated electrophysiology opportunity with responsibilities across clinic, hospital, and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) settings.
Key responsibilities/services include:
- Diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, both standard and complex
- Performance of routine and complex catheter ablations
- Implantation and management of cardiac devices
- Electrophysiology studies, intracardiac mapping, remote monitoring, and comprehensive inpatient/outpatient EP care
- Opportunities for watchman implantation and other electrophysiology-related structural heart procedures
The incoming physician will provide a broad mix of bread-and-butter and complex electrophysiology services while working alongside APPs, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff across both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Shared call responsibilities provide a supportive physician environment and strong work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule.
Compensation includes a highly competitive base salary, production incentives, additional incentives, sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits package, partnership/equity opportunities, and an optional accelerated partnership track.

- Completion of accredited Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, and Electrophysiology training programs
- MD or DO
- Eligible for Florida medical licensure
