About the Practice
Daytona Heart Group, a CVAUSA partner, is the largest provider of cardiovascular care in the region. With a team of 13 cardiologists, experienced APPs, and a strong clinical support staff, the group delivers comprehensive cardiac services across multiple locations. For years, they’ve played a key role in improving heart health throughout the community.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the team, supporting both clinic and hospital-based care in the Daytona Beach area.
Position Overview
- Full-time NP or PA role
- Based in Daytona Beach with responsibilities in affiliated hospitals
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Rotating weekend call (approximately 1 weekend per month)
- Mix of outpatient and inpatient cardiology car
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care in both clinic and hospital settings
- Evaluate patients, develop care plans, and manage ongoing treatment
- Collaborate closely with cardiologists and fellow APPs
- Assist with inpatient consults, rounding, and follow-up care
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing and procedures
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across all touchpoints

What We’re Looking For
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active, unrestricted Florida license (or ability to obtain)
- Cardiology experience preferred, but not required
- Open to training strong new graduates with relevant cardiovascular RN experience
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality patient care
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
