About the Practice
Daytona Heart Group, a CVAUSA partner, is the largest provider of cardiovascular care in the region. With a team of 13 cardiologists, experienced APPs, and a strong clinical support staff, the group delivers comprehensive cardiac services across multiple locations. For years, they’ve played a key role in improving heart health throughout the community.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the team, supporting both clinic and hospital-based care in the Daytona Beach area.

Position Overview

  • Full-time NP or PA role 
  • Based in Daytona Beach with responsibilities in affiliated hospitals
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • Rotating weekend call (approximately 1 weekend per month)
  • Mix of outpatient and inpatient cardiology car

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive cardiovascular care in both clinic and hospital settings
  • Evaluate patients, develop care plans, and manage ongoing treatment
  • Collaborate closely with cardiologists and fellow APPs
  • Assist with inpatient consults, rounding, and follow-up care
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing and procedures
  • Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across all touchpoints

What We’re Looking For

  • Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Active, unrestricted Florida license (or ability to obtain)
  • Cardiology experience preferred, but not required
  • Open to training strong new graduates with relevant cardiovascular RN experience
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality patient care
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
