Position Overview
Daytona Heart Group is seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving Volusia County and the greater Daytona Beach region. This role includes a mix of clinic, hospital, and ambulatory surgery center (ASC) responsibilities with exposure to a broad range of electrophysiology procedures and clinical care.

Key responsibilities/services include:
  • Diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, both standard and complex
  • Performance of routine and complex catheter ablations
  • Implantation and management of cardiac devices
  • Electrophysiology studies, intracardiac mapping, remote monitoring, and comprehensive inpatient/outpatient EP care
  • Opportunities for watchman implantation and other electrophysiology-related structural heart procedures

The incoming physician will join a robust electrophysiology program with strong support from an established senior EP partner and collaborate closely with APPs, medical assistants, and administrative staff across clinic and hospital settings.

Shared call responsibilities provide a supportive and collaborative physician environment with strong work-life balance.

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, production bonuses, additional incentives, sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and partnership/equity opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Electrophysiology Fellowship Program
  • Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease
  • Completion of accredited Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, and Electrophysiology training programs
  • MD or DO
  • Eligible for Florida medical licensure
  • Open to experienced Electrophysiologists and current fellows
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and clinical quality
  • J1 and H1-B physician waiver sponsorship available
