Carolina Cardiology Associates is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our cardiovascular team in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
This is a full-time outpatient opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule and no call. The position is open to both experienced APPs and new graduates interested in building a career in cardiology. You’ll work alongside 12 board-certified cardiologists and experienced APPs while caring for patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions.

What You’ll Do
Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions
Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
Order and review diagnostic testing and laboratory studies
Develop treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists
Manage medications and provide patient education
Coordinate care with physicians, clinical staff, and referring providers
Provide high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care

Qualifications
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active South Carolina license or ability to obtain one before starting
Cardiology experience preferred but not required
New graduates with an interest in cardiology are encouraged to apply
